The manor is located in the countryside, less than one kilometre
from the village of Camlez.
Just 800 metres from the house a group of typical small shops,
which are full of character, have been installed in the courtyard
of a former convent (a baker's shop with bread baked on the premises, a
creperie, a
delicatessen selling local produce, a book shop, the possibility
of taking drama, poetry or art lessons… and a particularly convivial
bar).
At Pennevenan (4 km distant) and Tréguier (7.5 km) there are
various supermarkets, traditional shops, cafés and restaurants.
Tréguier is a small town with lots of character and is considered
one of the most attractive towns in Brittany.
Lannion, the regional capital, is 14 km away and offers all the key
facilities: airport, station, shopping centres, hospitals, schools,
etc. The town centre consists of picturesque small streets with some
superb old houses.
The TGV (high-speed train) station of Guingamp is a less
than 25-minute drive away.
The entire region has numerous magnificent architectural and historic
sites to offer.
